Asking the right person
Decision emails in your school's name
Budget holders get a short email from your school, with your logo and colour, asking "Should we renew?". It shows the cost and the date to decide by. Replies go to whoever manages the renewal.
A month before the notice period closes
RenewBud works out each cancellation deadline from the supplier's notice period and emails 30 days before it. Change the 30 for the whole school, or for a single contract that needs longer.
Two clicks, no login
They choose renew or cancel, pick a reason ("No longer needed", "Too expensive") and can leave a note. A mis-tap is easy to change before confirming.
Nothing renews in silence
Up to two reminders, a week apart by default. If there's still no answer, the renewal is recorded as cancelled while there's time to tell the supplier, and the person managing it is told.

Checked before anything is saved
See every row first: who will be emailed and when, what's missing, duplicates, dates that have already passed, and addresses that look like a supplier's rather than a colleague's.

For 24 hours, take a whole import back out in one click. Anything already emailed, decided or edited is kept.

The dashboard ranks what needs attention today, with the reason in plain words: a deadline passed with no decision, a cancellation to send, details missing.
Reports for finance and governors
Spend by department and category, confirmed savings, upcoming deadlines and the full decision history. Download any report as a PDF, and filter it by your financial year.
A record you can show an auditor
Every decision is stored with who made it, when and why. Every change in the workspace is in the activity log.
Roles that match a school
The business manager and admins run the workspace. Managers look after renewals day to day. Members can see everything without changing it.
Secure by default
Two-factor sign-in with any authenticator app, sensitive settings stored encrypted, and a Data Processing Agreement for your data protection records.
